LOTS of great dirt, street, and gravel roads,
Lots of mud,
Lots of gravel,
Beautiful sights,
One dropped biketwice,
Two bald rear tires (what were we thinking),
Lots of laughs,
One unexplored road explored,
One scratched nose from branches hitting face in unexplored road,
Several power windmills up close,
Three overly priced hamburgers at Seven Springs,
Five ski lifts passed overhead,
One broken turn signal,
Two super hot camp fires on chilly nights and afternoon,
One roadside chain maintenance,
One rainy morning,
One punctured tire,
One sunny afternoon,
Several feet placed on ground to save the bike,
Two great devotions with great discussion,
Six genuine and devoted Christians,
140 miles of dirt and street in one day,
250+ miles in three days,
Two amazing camp hosts that went well out of their way to make us at home,
Two excellent meals at camp,
One brand-new 2014 V-Strom muddy and dirty  ;D (nice bike, Greg),
Two great tales of Paraguay,
One grandly beautiful valley with a lake at the bottom,
One covered bridge,
Two late nights in great fellowship,
Too much coffee,
One too many coffee relieving breaks,
Several U-turns (oops),
One lost pair of glassesoh, you mean they are on my face??,
One amazing ADV weekend,
And one amazing and awesome God that blessed us.

Thanks to everyone that came.  It was a fantastic weekend.  I hope to see you all at the next event!

Thanks for posting the pictures. What happened to the other non-V-Strom bikes? They appear in the early pictures than it becomes an all V-Strom event (even a new Vee2)  ;D

Which is fine by me -- but I'm biased.

Unfortunately they were scared back to where they came by the mornings showers. They had arrived a day early and gotten in some extra riding already and didn't seem keen on the rain. Lucky for us the rain subsided just as we hit the road and the day only got better. PA soil drains great and road conditions were close to perfect. A little mud never hurt anyone and it's SOOOO much better than riding behind someone in a cloud of dust all day! Had tons of fun and great fellowship. I hope to see the event continue to grow!

Yeah, they got a day and a half of riding in, already.  They were fun to ride with.  Bummed they didn't stick it out for the sunny afternoon on Saturday.  We had a blast, and I'm sure they would have, too.

Only two out of six of us left on Saturday night.  Guys wanted to get back for family or church.  Perhaps I should conciser making the events Thursday evening through Saturday, instead.

Brian, I've started a thread on ADV Rider like we talked about.  Perhaps we can plant some seeds over there:

Flat out awesome!!  Glad for the work you put into this Paul.  I hope I can hook up with you guys next year.  I was in such a state of limbo with my job it wouldn't work for me this year.  I'm excited to see someone putting something like this together on the east coast.
