I promise I'll stop post-monologing after this.  Here's a great resource I use when in WV looking for roads.  Anything on this map you have legal/public right to be on  It's a state issued map for each county in PDF format.  Download it to your phone and use a PDF viewer to navigate with when you're riding.  It works pretty well  if you're a real GPS guru you can probably make an overlay with it too but I don't know how.

Here's another great resource for the electronics geek.  This link shows you how to take a route from google maps and convert it to a GPX you can put on your GPS.  Also it guides you to a great GPS app that you can use to navigate with.  I'm a big fan because I can do all this from my chrombook without the use of special software etc giving me the freedom of working anywhere I have wifi or cell service.

No problem! Glad you liked them.  They are what I primarily use to plan my routes in WV.  Once in a while they show an impassible or gated road but they are much more reliable than google maps for if the road is open or not.
