Living here in Iowa , we have to ride a long ways off on our vacations before finding the good stuff.
This summer wife and I will be heading out to Montana to explore ghost towns, like Granite, Comet, Elkhorn, Garnet ,Wickes,
We will ride 4 lane for the first 5 hours or so then try to stick to 2 lanes then in Montana hit as much dirt and gravel as we can. We camp every night.

Beautiful photos!  That is what I like.  Explore and camp. 

 Is that an S10 with Mitas E07's on it?  I have a set of E07's Dakars that I am about to put on my Strom.

Yes on the Mitas E07s
These were not the Dakars [rear anyway] but I have used the Dakars after these.
The best tires out there for Adventure bikes.
