nice weather... met a coupla guys while waiting at the border to cross into the US they just back from a trip to Alaska....
great backroads with lotsa turns...
kickstand is back up again!!!!!

I would love to ride up to Baker! Used to do it all the time when I lived in Bellingham.  Can't now.  Live in PA.

ya, that's a bit of a commute! how do you like the riding in Pa? How does it measure up to the northern Wash. roads?

Bill, I'm wondering if jakywood is a bot. 

But, after reading this I realized I never responded to you.  Riding in PA is a mixed bag.  There's WV nearby which has some great twisties.  I have yet to find any good street rides in PA that compare to anything in WA.  However, I just got into ADV riding in recent years.  PA is great for that. 

I'm actually doing a two week ride with my dad this year in the NW.  I'm stoked.  I'm hoping we can hit the B'ham area rides during our tour.

Know of any good dirt roads around there that are very easy?  We'd like to try some, but my dad is 72 years old and cant hit the dirt like he used to.  Gave his dirt bike up last year.
