Hola - from Alberta(YEG), Canada!
« on: May 09, 2015, 12:41:00 pm »
hello from Canada, well I am a new Christian, not new to riding 35+ years.
I have been riding dualsport/enduro/street trail bike from the beginning - with a smattering of street bikes in between.
My passion now is dualsport bikes... I prefer 'lighter' big bore singles... and have ridden/owned; KLR650, BMWF650GS, and currently a DR650SE which has been a labour of love... I say that as I had major surgery and was told I would not be able to ride again - I was crushed... but God got me the surgeon, rehab, and faith family I needed and not only restored my dream but renewed and strengthened it. It has been and continues to be a great source of joy and amazement of God's incredible work that I experience with others in the places he has created. I am just looking for some local people to ride with and see more and experience more.

Thanks
Will

Welcome Willy
Glad to have you join up.
One of my favorite places to ride is Canada.
I really like the BIG dualsport biking.

Hello Willy - nice to meet a fellow Canuck!

Oddly enough, I was just on business in Edmonton (and up into Northern Alberta this past week).  If you're ever down in the Lower Mainland of BC, let me know.

Best regards,

Daniel
For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,  not of works, lest anyone should boast.   For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

Willy, Glad to have you with us.  I'm def not from Canada so I doubt we will ever make it as good riding buddies but glad to have made our acquaintance all the same.  I hope you find the forum to be beneficial to your ride and your faith.

it's not cast in stone where I live.. previously I was on the Gulf coast - Houstonian... the Lord has moved me before and where he sends me I go.
We'd like to move back, not sure if or where... just an inkling
